I have always been a firm believer in supporting local. And we are very lucky in Raleigh to have so many great restaurants and coffee shops, in addition, how great is it that they often support each other! Charitable and collaborative, Sola is one such place and has become my go to!

It used to be a treat for me, my Sola Saturdays, but a schedule change and I now indulge during the week as well. I can't wait for Tuesday mornings for my first Sola latte. Everyone there is welcoming and they have built a really nice community of regulars. There is a line out the door for good reason! Whenever I have friends or family visiting, I bring them to Sola for their morning coffee! So many delicious menu items too! But I have to say, peach season probably is my favorite, the peach caprese sandwich and the peach scones, just the best! Great service, and great food! Thanks for always making me feel so welcome!

My favorite coffee shop in the area or anywhere for that matter. They have a fairly large lunch/breakfast menu as well as top quality teas, coffees, juices, and more. Favorite items are the masala chai, hot or iced, and the cinnamon mini donuts.

Perfect brunch spot with a cozy vibe. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space though it can get crowded. I love their selection of drinks and bowls. We ordered the peach lemonade, veggie, and protein bowls. Huge portion sizes at a reasonable price point.

Sola is a really nice little breakfast spot that is really popular. It’s almost too busy for it’s own good. The line to order snakes around inside and is kind of a pain if you’re dining indoors. The food and coffee are both reasonably priced and the service was great. My wife loved the little shop and even got a shirt. My kids loved all the flavors of mini donuts, especially the strawberry. I highly recommend but maybe come on a weekday or less popular time

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Sola is! Best lattes in town, hands down! But that’s not the only thing that makes this place so special. The owners and staff are amazing! They are the “Cheers” of the coffee shop world. They know my name, ask about my family and genuinely want to make coming into Sola a great experience. I love that they are family owned and operated and use as many local goods as possible. If you haven’t been before try the chicken chili and harvest salad for lunch during the cold months. It’s phenomenal!
