This Black Owned Multi-Purpose Campground spans 25 acres including hiking trails, a fishing pond, picnic area, covered gazebo, natural creeks and beautiful views.
Fun is an understatement! We had a blast! Worth every dollar! The owner is so cool and the spacing for tents are epic
September 2023 we visited the campground twice. One weekend the family came to fish and we left with a bucket full of HUGE Bass & crappies & brims, then my Husband I came back to go 4 Wheeling. We rented 2 and were supplied with helmet & mask. The owner Rex booked our appointment the week prior & called to confirm the appr the night before. We signed the waivers online then he personally took us on the trails. Him & his Wife are amazing people and the campground was actually pretty full with longterm campers. We will be here monthly, and let me note im from NYC they have the cleanest port-a johns i have ever seen
Coming from the DMV area this place was EVERYTHING!!!. We took an adult only family trip and it was everything we needed. This is the perfect place to reconnect and recharge. It has everything that you would need to really slow down and appreciate what you have. Its the perfect place to just be. JUST TO BE!! My husband and I will bring the kids next trip next month.
A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I stumbled upon Cobles Landing, a black-owned camping site, while searching for a unique outdoor getaway. From the moment we arrived, Rex, the owner, provided exceptional hospitality, making us feel completely at ease throughout our stay.
We had a blast riding 4-wheelers, fishing, and enjoying the breathtaking sunset over the pond. Although Cobles Landing is a new site, it still delivered a fantastic experience. We're already planning to go back, and we can't wait to see the updates and improvements they have in store.
In short, our camping adventure at Cobles Landing was a standout. Rex's hospitality and the memorable activities made it an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely be returning for more outdoor fun!
If you like spending time outdoors, this is the place! It has a great atmosphere of being sociable with the community. The food was delicious! Grandkids were kept busy horseback riding, riding the four wheelers and playing g games. At night you can relax , listen to great music and be social. This is the perfect camp ground for your family to enjoy!
