Great place to park an RV. Quiet and kid friendly. No partying even on spring break weekend. Great place to kayak out of. People complaining about muddy kayak launches have obviously not been kayaking long. They aren't cemented boat ramps....

1st time staying there. When u drive up, it's a rocky road and there's a drop off from the main road where u turn into the RV park entrance coming in from Aransas Pass, so our RV spare tire hookup got bent. So be careful driving into the RV Park. Slow it down alot. Then u go down a rocky road to a cement bridge to the RV lot. Our lot was looking over the water, which was nice. It's a small RV park and it definitely filled up quick. We did see alot of birds (ie ducks, cranes, even flamingos) there. Met the attendant there, nice man. Said there is a washer/dryer but we never used it. When we left, it was a tight squeeze getting out cuz the park was full. We were able to get out successfully cuz some of the vehicles were not there. That's about the only issue. It's a bit narrow to maneuver your RV in/out of there. I think if they were to expand it a bit or make an exit road, it would be better. Just a suggestion.

Concrete slab for all but their tent sites is very nice. This place is well lit at your site. If you enjoy birding this place is nice for that. However, you must walk through a foot of mud to launch your kayak. There is no "launch" area. There is no wash house. The campground is NOT gated....Well, it is but no one secures it. There is no camp host. All in all, I am happy I'm leaving. Lots of potential with this place. I hope the owners dedicate more time to it.

Marshall's Landing the type of RV spot you want to try just one time in your life. As a full time RVer I have had the pleasure of traveling to many RV parks over the last decade and found this park to have topped high in ranking on our list of ones we have enjoyed to the fullest. Not for the amenities it may or may not have, for the beauty of the nature surrounding the park. I enjoy waking up and opening my full picture window and watching the birds feed and the fish jump. Parking on the water has been one of the best experiences my family has shared. The fishing is great out back and the bait is easy to catch up front. If you have a love for the breeze and water this is the place for you.

Even though the Owners are not on site there is no reason they should be, we have had a great winter long stay with them very easy to get a hold of and maintenance able to come with the simplest phone call. I love the privacy and peaceful aspect of our stay.

We had 5 RV sites in our group all with large full size 5th wheels and with some patients had no issues getting parked.

I am glad we stayed and would return again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity to travel this way again in the future.

If you are looking for a place that's quiet and fishing friendly this is it. Our 40 footer was an interesting park but was successful. Rear was almost over the water. I watched crabs, speckled trout and red fish do their thing from my back window. Rockport is close by and has everything you need. Ray the camp host is very helpful. Neighbors were also great. We will be back, soon.
