13 miles to center of Victoria. Sites large. Not on the Lake. Lots of fields. Many potholes. Cheap monthly rentals.

Wonderful place. Great food in park and nearby. The lake and park were also nearby. Will look forward to getting to visit again.

It was clean and quiet. Weather didn't permit going outside. The rv sites are a nice size

Stayed in one of the luxury cabins and enjoyed my time. The entire property is neat with lots of trees and very spacious. I was surprised with how quiet it was during the night! It was a peaceful change coming from Houston. I even saw lots of deer and various birds. Lovely stay all around. 10/10 recommend to anyone considering staying in this area.

This place looks better in photos. They have so many bathrooms yet only open 2 of them and god forbid something happens to those because if you have kids they will blame them for it. They say they pick up the garbage for you but if you have dogs

Your expected to throw that away yourself. They are nicer to the people that go there every year then to the ones that stay there for work reasons not a kid friendly place. Be careful where you sit because all the benches and full of fire ants. While we stayed here we had a tree completely fall to which it blocked the road which was left there for awhile until my husband went to cut branches off to clear the road for them and he didn’t even receive a thank you the pipe behind us bursted which flooded our area. Not the best crew of workers being all they want to do is drive around pick up garbage and cut the grass.. my children where blamed For locking the bathroom doors yet it was dead bolted from the top twice the bathrooms doors don’t close properly so make sure it’s locked correctly especially being that one of the bathroom shower curtains is see threw one of the showers only stays warm for a few

Minutes one of the bathrooms fans does not work and where blamed For flooding the bathroom floor yet anyone can use there shower rooms I believe there not use to having people use there public bathrooms and not use to actually have to clean them even though they have a lady that does the cleaning I honestly felt like we were a inconvenience for this place due to having kids. If they had any beliefs of my kids doing these things he could of came and spoken to me before assuming because he couldn’t imagine anyone else doing these things just my family after speaking to him.. being that we choose to part right next to the bathrooms to be able to keep a close eye on my kids when heading to the bathroom which are 9-12 years olds the pot holes are horrible update we moved to a rv park closer to my husbands job she’s very sweet and is truly

Kid friendly quiet big gravel space with cows and a donkey that come visit
