From jct Hwy 188 & Hwy 35 bypass: Go 3-1/4 mi SW on Hwy 35 Bypass.
I have lived here full time for 1 year. I love this RV park. Especially the pool. I love how it is 5feet deep unlike our old resort Sea Grass at Rock-port by 188. That pool was 4feet. This RV resort had many more amenities and I love it. While the pool was closed for renovations including adding a hot tub!!! They provided water slides every now and then for the kids! It is a blast here during the summer and they always find ways to thing about others. The pool is officially done and open for having fun!! This park also has a dog park whose is great and fun for the doggo’s. Would definitely recommend this RV park for a family with children and pets.
We recently stayed a week, and enjoyed it. Our back-in site was a level concrete pad, with a large grass area between sites.
The staff are very friendly. The grounds are very well maintained. The pool and hot-tub are fantastic. Two very nice dog parks. Catch and release fish ponds. Club house with activities. Much more, so check their website.
Nice rv park and enjoyed our stay, and I have nothing to hide, but I will not be giving up my SS# and $25 per person to any rv park for a background check. If YOU want a background check, YOU pay for it. If I pay for it then I should be able to keep it. How am I supposed to know you, just like you don't know me. There are plenty of other nice parks in the area.
Stopped for the night and I highly recommend. Nice sites, clean facility & good service. I especially like where the dumpsters are & how clean that area is. Didn’t use amenities but saw them & they are clean.
If I could give this place a million stars we would! We spent 9 months there and LOVED IT. Super kid friendly with two playgrounds, the activities director did a fantastic job planning events for all ages. Laundry facilities were great, love that they use the speed queen app instead of using quarters (you can do that too if you want). All the office staff was top notch. The updates to the pool were a wonderful addition to daily activities. The only thing I can say is, watch coming in the back entrance needs to be repaved (it's in the works). Great job Chris and all the staff!
