Was in town for a quick business trip. This is the epitome of a perfect hotel. The price, rooms, breakfast and staff were all exactly what you want.
Our stay was very pleasant. The General Manager Smantha and Manager Esther were very friendly and accommodating. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities were great! The room was clean and bed very comfortable. I will stay at Captain’s Quarters again and would recommend a stay for anyone looking for pleasurable experience.
Had our room ready when arrived. Great queen size 🛌 beds. Location was very good for us. Free breakfast. There is bread toast waffles 🧇 😋 sweet bread coffee orange ...juice....milk.. cereals ....apples. 🍎 oranges 🍊 ...handicap rooms
The older lady at the counter was rude and would not speak if spoken to the other staff members were in training, so they were nice, at least. Breakfast was cereal and waffles. Rooms are clean. Cleaning ladies are super nice, The parking lot was well lit up. No boat parking. Yeah, you might have to park up front, but a walk doesn't hurt. You can hear everything through the room door, so be prepared. If you need 5 star place, this isn't for you. More for the true fisherman, no wine and dine people. With that being said, I would stay here again
This is easily the CLEANEST motel room we've ever stayed in, and larger than one would expect for the price with a sofa and small table. The toiletry products are decent quality, too, not the garbage you get at other motels.
The bed was firm and comfortable, but it rattles a little (🫣 Oops! Sorry, room 112!). Hubby didn't care for the pillows, but at least there were four of them on the bed.
Staff were all friendly on the phone and in-person. Highly recommend the Captain's Quarters.
