Mostly family friendly. A good amount of alcohol consumed. But, no problems.
Elevators are a bit temperamental but facilities are well maintained and not full of noisy partiers,parties, at least not while we were there. Could use more parking.
Great stay. Joan is an excellent host. The condo is exquisite with incredible views. Pointe West has wonderful amenities. We had a great time. The beach is a golf cart ride away and the lazy river pool is right out your back door.
Condos are amazing. Amenities are not so great. This pool was tiny, lazy river is like a pool with an island. Water was about 100 degrees because the pool is so small. Not at all refreshing. This location is all the way at the end of the island. So you have a roughly 40 minute drive to town for anything other than convenience store items.
