Located 40 miles from Victoria and 17 milles from Port Lavaca. From Victoria, TX: turn south on SH 185 to Port O'Connor, and turn left on Steve Street from SH 185.
We planned on staying here a month but ended up staying the whole winter.
Managers are very friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to.
I've heard this place is packed in the summer but it wasn't very crowded in the winter months.
There's a nice little laundry room on site, and the shower/bathroom was clean and well maintained.
The location is perfect for people who like to walk and bike. Both the dollar store and grocery store are within walking distance and you're just a mile from the beach.
This is definitely one of the best RV parks we've ever stayed in.
Everything about thos park is fantastic. From the staff to the location and quiet atmosphere, this park is very well maintained. The grass between sites is well maintained and they even offer a great pool.
The sites are pull through with well compacted gravel. We have hopped around many different RV parks as we traveled along the Texas coast and this has been one of the best by far. Highly suggest stopping by for a couple of days.

Very clean an quiet RV park a couple miles from the beach. Quite a few folks park their RVs here. Second homes? Monthly rates are quite affordable. My wife and I enjoyed the pool, full hookups and pull through sites. Sweet.
This RV park is beautiful, kept up, relaxing and we were treated wonderfully. We forgot our plug with extension and waterhose and they went out of their way offering us to use one they had no additional fee or charge. We used their showers which are wonderfully redone and super clean. Rv camp sites are the biggest I've seen anywhere. Only downfall is not a bunch for kids to do but swim in pool however that's our fault for not bringing more for them. Otherwise everything was great. Super friendly people running it!
My wife and I stayed here for a little over 7 months while working in the Port O'Connor area. Love the RV Park. What made our stay the most enjoyable were the park managers, Bev and Captain Rod. They kept the property clean and well-maintained. The pool is great and has a Jacuzzi. Highly recommend this park. It is the best value in town for the amenities that it has to offer
