Nice park. Very pretty and great fishing spot/public boat ramp. However there are NO trash cans. ?? Trash cans would be great and also a real bathroom instead of the port-o-can that is filled with all sorts of spiders and bugs. 😕
A wonderful free rv camping spot with nice paved parking area and picnic tables.
This was a great place to stop for a picnic by the river. There is a $5 per adult for day use you also can launch your Kayak there or fish.
Great little free camping park right on the Colorado River access to the water beautifully kept pristine campsites not very artery friendly but you can still stay.
This will no longer be free camping. They are setting it up as a $25 dollar a night by reservations. No veteran discounts on that (no surprise). Not worth the price and the locals seem to think so too. Especially since a lot have been fishing here for years. There are no envelopes to put your money and I notice no one stopping to put any $ in for any day use either. I love this park I camped here, primitive camping. Clean Porta potties. The best part of the park is that I got to meet really nice people here.
