Our pet and family-friendly property offers all concrete sites with full hook-ups, 30/50amp service, and free Wi-Fi internet. We’re also just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, parks, museums and more in downtown Victoria.

From Houston: Take Hwy 59 south. When coming into Victoria, stay on 59S (DO NOT EXIT BUSINESS 59) to Hwy 185. Exit and turn right, the park is 1 mile on the right. (There is a McDonald's and a LaQuinta at Hwy 185 exit. Watch for that!
Just wanted to take a moment to say how pleased we’ve been with our experience staying at your park. The staff have always been more than helpful & willing to go the extra mile to accommodate us. Clean & very well kept. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Awesome place to stay, came went to visit family, just for the weekend, and some rv park will not rent for less than a week.
Park is very clean and shower too,
We even had a picnic table in our spot.
Roaches and ants everywhere! Constantly hear the roar of trains. Advertised a heated pool which broke and, according to management, wouldn't be repaired because corporate refused citing how no other rv park in the area offered heated pool. Pool was constantly dirty and full of bugs. Office smelled of mold due to broken pipe in restroom. Rent and electricity prices constantly fluctuate. Washers/dryers were always brand new because they were frequently replaced with newer models with different payment methods and apps. Cement/concrete pads and driveways are sinking and uneven. Neighboring business has live stock which regularly breaks through fence. Life is so much better since they made my disabled son, my wife and I leave for something we didn't do. Overall, it's a great place to stay both long and short term. There is a pool and a hot tub. It's all gated access, no dirt pads, you can leave your possessions and they are still here when you return.
Plenty of room to walk your dogs on a leash and right up the road is a dog park if they want to run.
This is a great place to stay if you find yourself here for the numerous museums or work opportunities.
The Husband and wife team really hold it down with firm but very fair rules.
The staff of Brandon and Sara are awesome. They really care about campers. Always helpful and if they don't have an answer for you they will find one. Very hard working and trust worthy. Gated community is perfect. Very clean and spacious. Staff of Brandon and Sara will message you if bad weather is coming or freeze. Always informative! This is our second year here and because of this great duo of Brandon and Sara we will return.
