Electric, water, sewer, trash and wifi are all included. All sites are 50, 30 and 20 Amp and have water and sewer hookups. Pets are welcome. All of our back-in's have a paved patio and a picnic table.
We are close to Magnolia Beach, Port Lavaca business district, the Formosa Plastic Plant and other large local employers.
We do not have a dump station available to non-guests, but if we have spots open we are more than happy to host 1 night guests for $30 where you can dump your tanks, fill up with potable water and recharge your batteries before you get on your way!
We include parking for 2 vehicles, and parking for cargo trailers, boats, etc. can be arranged on-site.

It's not the fanciest but is honestly super quiet, free wifi, water pressure is good, electricity is good and steady and within minutes drive time to the beach and public fishing pier and dumpster for trash... can't ask for much more in an Rv park
Very clean, nice people, next to the road but it's not noisy. Very quiet place. Beautiful sunset views.
Go twice a year. Great local community. Place gets better and better every year. Doesn't hurt that it's a perfect place to fish.
Nice little stop on our road trip. Host was friendly and we shared some good conversation. Parking was easy and our spot was level. We stayed here with our Harvest Host Membership. Beach is not very far away.
We have been so happy with our decision to stay here for the week. FHU sites, plenty of space for our 43’ fifth wheel, and the most friendly camp host! Just minutes from Magnolia Beach where you can fish, play in the sand or swim in the bay.
They do not have a dump station. So if you need water and to empty your tanks, plan to stay a night. It’s currently $30/night. The hospitality alone would make your stop worthwhile 🙂
