I stayed in the RV section and absolutely loved it. The park was very quiet, clean and well maintained. Hookups worked without any issue. Just steps to the beach, which was also clean. The manager Lisa was very sweet and hospitable! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This park is quiet and very clean. You literally are a short walk from the beach 🏖️ We stayed here in January in site number 12. We had an issue with our original site and Derick was so quick to come take care of it. The service here is great! Thank you Derick. We will definitely be back ❤️

PSA: Bring spray Surfside beach has terrible 🦟 mosquitoes.

Was a little worried about the sewer as when I unscrewed the cap, it burped up. Ech!

But I screwed in the hose and all worked well. Nice, attractive electric/water pedestal with night light. Easy walking access to the beach but wondered about warning signs. ⚠️ Clean premises with concrete pads and a small but adequate grassy area to enjoy. Rock driveway is well maintained. We were there in January so it was quite. Definitely a step up from the other RV Parks in the immediate area.

Stayed in site 7 for 8 days. It’s a beautiful little rv park right near the beach. My stay was in February, only about 1/2 the sites occupied. Super quiet, you could hear the ocean some days right from the campsite. I ran out of propane and Lisa was very happy to help, she gave me good info so I didn’t have to drive to Lake Jackson for propane. I had a nice level site with a full concrete pad and a picnic table. The power, sewer and water all worked well. The WiFi was super fast, could stream movies etc with no problems. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the RV park, not the hotel. We only had one night here, but will definitely be back. It's a very small park, so has a casual, relaxed vibe, and is very quiet. Spaces are level and easy to get into, and it's right on the beach. There's a communal space on the lawn for relaxing and meeting other campers. Owners are responsive and accommodating, a perfect stay.
