Beautiful park, with wonderful facilities (private bathrooms that were generally well kept) and picturesque views. The sunrise reflecting over the pond on any given morning is worth the price of the stay itself. Laundry on site, immaculate grounds keeping, and friendly staff made our winter stay one to remember. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend to campers, travelers, and other full-timers!

Miranda and James go above and beyond to accommodate the guests stays and ensure we are comfortable and follow policy. They keep the park clean and running smooth. The hot tub is a major plus after a long days work. Definitely a great place to stay

Very nice RV park. Probably in the top 5 of our experience. Nice pads, beautiful lake, and a nice walking path around it. Since the laundry machines are quarter operated it is very nice to have a change machine right there in the laundry room. The shower/bath rooms are spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The only dings are that if you have a 30 amp RV the electric supply is not very robust. You can't run your AC and electric water heater at the same time ( I have attached a picture of the posting at the front desk). We have not experienced that in any other park. I asked how that affects the RVs with 2 and 3 AC units. The response was it only affects 30 amp, not 50 and the bigger rigs have 50 so two legs coming in, not just the one. Okay. But inconvenient. The other ding is the website says family friendly - but it isn't. (There is no playground and won't be due to "liability issues". There is a community one across the 4 lane road in front of the maintenance shop.) But the sour note came from that we have an 11 year old who likes to play outside. We were told "the owner doesn't like this" and a child outside must be accompanied by an adult.

Sites are really nice. Amenities are nice and well maintained. They have an issue with keeping the water on. It is turned off regularly. Most recently we were not notified and phones are unanswered. No one returned calls after a message was left.

The staff is exceptional and extremely helpful. They will help you as much as they can. The managers are always on site. Regular patrols.

Rates are higher than other parks but I believe you are paying higher rates for a concrete pad versus an aggregate pad.

Electricity rates have just increased significantly, 0.11¢ to 0.15¢ per Kwh. I believe this will have a detrimental business impact since there was no justification given for the rate increases.

These of course are my opinion but we have been staying here for work since 2020.
