The Good: really friendly and helpful owner and new manger, location and access to the beach was convenient, price was cheap and place is dog friendly.
The not so good: it’s a $75/night close the beach…you get exactly what you pay for…a climate controlled place to sleep and shower. If your dogs are reactive to other dogs barking, people talking, then just be prepared to spend half the night keeping them quite as the walls are rather thin.
The side closest to the road stays rather busy all night with road traffic.
I think the owners are trying to make some upgrades and improvements but still have a bit to go.
It's cheap, kinda clean but right next to the beach. They have a beautiful porch on the 2nd floor to drink and hang out, so we did and enjoyed ourselves this weekend.
Stayed 1night. It’s not a resort. It’s a place to stay, shower and cool off while you play at the beach and it’s priced as such. Beds were comfy. Showers were hot. No bugs! Great location. The stairs were hard for me having stage 4 cancer but other than that no complaints. We left something valuable in the room and it was returned to us. Great staff. Thanks again!
Extremely helpful staff! Rented a beach house for the weekend, had a few too many guests and not enough beds. This hotel was four minutes away from us. Online it looked like it was closed but an extremely helpful worker answered the phone and got me a room anyway! Very grateful for their help and the price!
Great hotel. Very inexpensive and just the basics but very nice. We got the kitchenette and had to bring our own supplies but well worth it. Will be staying again.
