Approximately 1 hour southwest of Houston. From Bay City, go south on 457. From Lake Jackson take the 2004 exit to 2011 which will dead end at 457. Go south on 457 and Co. Rd. 285 is 3 miles south, right as you get in to Sargent, across from the country store. Turn right on Co. Rd. 285 and the RV park is 2 blocks down on the right.
The absolute best, best, best! A little slice of peaceful country heaven off TX105! The owners live on site and you will not find more truly caring and awesome people!
The sites are very spacious and there are wonderful shade trees throughout the park. There is laundry on site as well. Rent is very reasonable with water, electricity & wi-fi included. We feel soooo blessed to live here.
If you are looking for a safe, quiet place in the country but close to town, look no further. They just opened recently so if you hurry, you will have several sites to choose from.
Trust me, we visited all of the RV parks in a 50 mile radius of Conroe, TX and nearly all of them have the sites placed tight like sardines and they cleared out all of the shade trees! Not here! Caney Creek RV Park in Conroe/Cut and Shoot, TX is perfect! Come see for yourself!
This woman stole my money. I stayed one night and decided I wouldn’t stay any longer. She refused to refund anything. I will be taking her to court.
We love this place! Super peaceful with big trees and great owners! Our home away from home!
JUST FYI RE: LOCATION: For some reason GPS is screwy and can mislead you. Best bet for now is to put in Conroe RV Ranch's address: 15686 TX-105, Conroe, TX 77306 and Caney Creek RV Park is right next door. :)
Management/Owner was not professional on the phone at all.
It's so rare to find people who will treat you with decency anymore. Your just another number at this park. They don't care for their tenants.
My mother stayed here for 4 yrs owners and Billy the rv manager are kind and was always helpful. This RV park will not take any run down RV's or any people that causes problems a no nonsense place they keep it quiet and peaceful here. The wifi has always been a problem so don't expect to get any but other then that it was a great place.
