Located 1 mi S of Brazoria on SH 36, 14 mi N of Freeport. From I-10 in Houston, take 288 S to Lake Jackson, turn R on FM 2004, about 4 mi to SH 36, turn R, about 3 mi on R. From West Columbia at jct of SH 35 & SH 36, turn S on Hwy 36, 8 mi to Brazoria, then 1 mi on L.
Guy in charge very rude has lost of rules charges by how many cars you have and people in camper under construction and is not a very nice place to stay had people knocking on my door at 3 am asking if I had any Lora tabs piss poor management
Small park but clean. There is a thief here though. Someone stole two rod & reels that I left outside leaning against my trailer. Never had that happen anywhere else.
The gentleman who runs it is bad to the bone. He didn't have to get out in this cold and help me get some propane. Thank you sir. Saved Valentine's for me. By thank way the steaks turn out delicious.
Overcharge for lot rent. I had to weedeat it myself. Don’t buy a camper from owner unless you want to pay a fortune on it and fix everything in it. My registered boxer got pregnant by stray dog. Owner finally called to have it picked up. Little late. Very disappointed in this tiny unkept place.
The owner was very nice and helpful. Came out after dark to help hookup the water connection. Also let us borrow the fan from his shop when our AC went out. Just wish it was closer to the beach.
