Located in El Campo, just 15 miles from Wharton. Take US Hwy 59 south, and then Exit at El Campo/FM 960. Stay on Business 59, go 1/2 mile, and park is on the right (NW corner of Bus 59 and Ellwood St).

So you start with a $50 deposit plus $50 per night drove into Park the lot did not have electric Pole roads were full of holes come right back out the park and I got my money back dog fighting feral cats running loose lots of kids not a place I would recommend
It was a good rest stop, however I wish they filled the vending machine. Alot of stuff was not in there. But it could also be the time I arrived as well. It's clean, though it's an outside rest stop next to the rv park. Just was happy I was able to stretch my legs and walk a bit after driving 5 hours straight
Looks bad, just needs some yard cleaning up,we stayed there for 3 months.. great neighbors, and I will miss the local dogs.
