I live here, it's a nice place, there are 2 laundry rooms, there are 3 showers, after galavanting around the country side the long "termers" can return to thier original space if they choose to do so, they just throw down a couple of Orange Safety Cones at their spot and the land lord won't rent that space, That's pretty darn cool!!!! I've lived here since May, I have yet to see children, the owner is really a cool and laid back guy, His name is Ryan, and then there is "D" the parks maintenance man, he's very knowledgeable and he's fast to fix any problem and he has a great dog, his name is Bandit, l pay 400.00 a month plus my electric. It's in Burnet, Texas between Marble Falls and Bertram, come see us, there's lots to do!!!

We have been here since last June and very happy to have found this RV park. Very quiet place. Ryan and his father are excellent landlords, down to earth people. Our electrical box went out,I called Ryan he fixed it within a reasonable amount of time . We really love it hear.

The owners are so nice and go out of their way to help residents. The park is quiet, people are friendly, prices are fair, there is a gated space for utility trailers and other extra equipment for a very reasonable fee! I highly recommend living here!

A simple place to park and plug in. Not a buncha kids running around, no bells or whistles. Simple. The coin-op laundry worked as expected. Exactly what we were looking for. The tire recycling place next door did operate 24/7 while we were there, and the BEEP BEEP BEEP of the loader backing up every so often kept me up that first night, but after that I forgot I could hear it.... If I'm ever in the area again, this will be my first choice.
