The older lady at the counter was rude and would not speak if spoken to the other staff members were in training, so they were nice, at least. Breakfast was cereal and waffles. Rooms are clean. Cleaning ladies are super nice, The parking lot was well lit up. No boat parking. Yeah, you might have to park up front, but a walk doesn't hurt. You can hear everything through the room door, so be prepared. If you need 5 star place, this isn't for you. More for the true fisherman, no wine and dine people. With that being said, I would stay here again
