From jct Hwy 181 & Moore Ave (FM 893): Go 1 mi W on Moore Ave (FM 893), then 1/2 mi SW on Marriot, then 3 blocks S on CR 3669.
I enjoyed my stay at Sea Breeze Park. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Always ready to help me. Mail service was excellent. We enjoyed the area of Portland Tx.
The only recommendation I would make is #1 fix the WiFi. We were never able to use it. #2 Start paving the driveways. The dust is horrible. Our vehicles and homes are very valuable to us. #3. Fix the entrance to the park coming in by the office. It is also horrible. I was told the ruts are to slow people down. Bull. We don’t like picking things up off the floor in our trailers when they fall off the walls coming in. For these three items that need attention , I would give the park a rating of a 3. I believe that the price is a little high for what we received.
Thoroughly enjoyed my time spent here at Sea Breeze. Right on the Corpus Christi bay with excellent fishing and site seeing! Wonderful staff and people there.
We loved the park and the people who worked in the office. Robin and Yvette were particularly helpful always. We were there for a year.
We loved the Saturday breakfasts, the views and the people that we encountered in the park. Everything was always clean and nice.
We like the fact we could get mail there and our Amazon packages. We will recommend SeaBreeze to everyone we encounter that wants to know of a nice place to stay!
Very nice camp,great views,close to everything. Most of all the staff was great! They did everything to make you feel at home.Clean restrooms and showers. Would stay here again
The road to access the park is in need of repair. The pool looked nice but the day I went over it was locked up and it was not Monday. The park is very quiet and located close to many sight seeing areas. Many nice restaurants with in 20 minute drive. Its an RV park not a resort, a resort would have more amenities. They have a pool, horse shoe, fishing pier, laundry, but that's all.
