Beautiful spot. Right on the water. There is boat storage. This place also rents out cabins.

If you're looking for an inexpensive place on the water this is your place. While the bathrooms and facilities were clean, the roads are badly maintained. Water pooled in mud puddles a week after the last rain making for a sloppy mess. The website said they had cable but we found the cable lines cut. Cable was too expensive but they didn't take it down from the website. The site we were given was very small especially for a 37 ft fifth wheel and had no picnic table. The location while on the water was 5 mi from either Rockport or Aransas Pass. There were no bicycle paths to either town. Finally, the signage was a little over the top threatening to escort you to the entrance if you neglected to pick up dog poo.

On the other hand the staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities were relatively inexpensive and well maintained. The channel next to the campgrounds was a shipping Harbor and you can see large barges going up and down all hours of the day. They had seating by the water along with shade to enjoy the view.

If I could give it a zero I would. Staff are as unfriendly as a rattlesnake. Dog $hit and dogs running around. Sites are super small. Even if this is the only RV park around drive further you'll be glad you did.

We love this spot for the close proximity location to the annual crawfish boil event and because usually if you book far enough in advance you can get a spot facing the water and you can fish basically as soon as you walk out your front door.

Very small park with campers on top of campers. No real place to even put your chairs out as we were four feet from the next camper. No nice place to walk. Dogs running freely even though they are supposed to be on a leash. No one picks up after their pets. Some of the staff were extremely inconsiderate or rude when encountered. There are a couple very nice including Tara and one older women with light hair. It’s affordable but that’s about it. I won’t recommend due to the conditions.
