Nice shaded large lots.

Need to do a better job enforcing dog rules and trashy sites

So happy to see this place under new ownership!! We drove thru there last week and the improvements theyve already made are AWESOME!!When they were Coadtal Hideaway..No amemities, raised our rent about 3 months after moving in "to be at the same prices as similar parks" which is not true because other parks have amenities for the price. Two OLD washers and 2 dryers that run for an hour and clothea still wont be dry if its a full load. They over charge for the electricity from what they pay, which is not legal they way they bill it. Very rarely do any upkeep on the roads in the park or grass...mow every once in a blue moon. And stickers stickers stickers...cant get ris of them and the park certainly does nothing to help with that issue. The pads are VERY uneven. Have had packages come up missing as well as NON park employee picking up packages and then not delivering them until its convenient for her...she takes care of the owner and shouldnt be touching any packages esp when it takes an act of congress to get them once you locate that she picked them up

Loved the people and the park. Mostly long term camping, but includes a few spaces for short term camping.

Literally had to cut limbs ourselves to get in our spot the electric is outrageous probably bc they need to maintenance the equipment bc while we were there for 2months and 11days our light bill was almost $300 each month our hot water heater died one neighbor replaced the breaker twice and the guy across from us couldn’t get any of his appliances to work correctly. They are not a kid friendly park but i kept mine in the back out of site out of mind. Wouldn’t come back ever. Do not suggest!!!

It is under new owner. He has improved the park. He is putting in the city water. He really wants the park to be family park and pet friendly. It is very spacious and alot of room. It is very quiet. We really enjoy being here.
