Present managers Brian and Karen are definitely not management material and will destroy this park.

The residents here really great. But we found out that the corporate owners really have no concern for the people paying rent. The current managers have let there attitudes run off the excellent park staff in the past year. Drama is very high in this park. Would not recommend

Great place to enjoy the amenities away from the cold winters up north , always great temperatures and beautiful parks that you can call home.

I was here visiting my parents. I noticed all the activities that they had going on for the residence to participate in and get to know people in the park. They have bingo, water aerobics, cribbage, shuffle board, pickle ball, crafting and weekly musical entertainment in the winter/spring. If I were of age and could financially retire, I would make this my permanent home.
