About Campground

The Copa Copa is a tropical paradise with only 2 RV sites that overlook the Copano Bay. (RV not included.) Each site has a 75' long concrete slab and their own private wooden deck, septic, water, 20/30/50 amp and wi-fi. The common areas are: A spacious yard with a picnic table, dipping pool, mini beach and one of the most breathtaking piers in all of Rockport that will be shared (only) with other guests. We have named our slice of paradise, "The Copa Copa" because it is located between the Copano Bay and Copano Cove Road. We are so very excited to share our dream of creating life long memories with family and friends and hope we become a part of your tradition.

May your stay be filled with lifetime memories with family and friends.

We’ve been here several times and we’re still obsessed! The owners, Kaira and Dennis, keep this place looking incredible! There’s so many beautiful plants, a super nice pier, and a small dipping pool. This park only has two sites so book it with friends or family so you’ll have the whole place to yourselves!

We LOVED our time at The Copa Copa! We stayed for 2 weeks in early January. Most days, the weather was perfect and the sunsets were awesome! There is a lot to see and do in the area, and wonderful restaurants in Rockport. The campsite is beautifully landscaped and has a long concrete parking pad. But the greatest thing about this campsite is the owners, Karen and Dennis. They go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the guests. We are already planning our return visit!

Everything about Copa Copa is done with quality and attention to detail. The moment we pull in the views immediately relax us. We get true quality family time to fish, enjoy the sunsets, and the beautiful flowers. Thank you for sharing this beautiful coastal camping experience with our family. We’ve been multiple times and look forward to many more trips in the future!

The Copa Copa is a luxury RV spot for the family of 4 (per spot). The lush landscaping with green St Augustine grass. The flowers were in bloom when we came in the beginning of May. The 6 palm trees on either side of the lot puts you in a topical paradise. The pier is top quality with lighting all the way down and lighting for fishing at night. It also offers a bait station and electrical outlets for pure comfort while fishing. I highly recommend getting both spots to enjoy the property to yourself. We will be back again.

The Copa Copa is a one of a kind experience. We met up with friends in Rockport, TX. Kaira (owner) was so welcoming and helpful from the 1st phone call. The love and attention to detail she and her husband give to the Copa Copa makes this a first class experience. It is so private & secluded, the only noise we heard of proof there was an outside world was a garbage truck or something one morning. Our friends had Site ll and we had Site l, strangely they were 2 different experiences. Our Site l (table) was more secluded whereas our awning faced out to a privacy fence, and a slightly different view. Our friends Site ll (dipping pool) was more open and active. Our dogs have never been more relaxed on an RV trip, there were no strangers or off leash dogs going through our site. We prefer going with friends and having access to both sites, we could see and hear our friends on there deck, but they couldn't see us on ours. Same place, 2 different experiences. Within the week of returning home, we had already booked another reservation. We are forever spoiled, and every RV trip in our future will be compared to the Copa Copa in Rockport, TX.
