About Campground

This cozy little park is nestled in a mott of Live Oaks, at the outskirts of the Texas coastal village of Rockport. In the morning you can hear the distant throb of shrimp & oyster boat motors, in the evening you can walk Fulton Beach Rd. next to the shoreline and see dolphins hunting the shallows for trout.

It's called the Village because many of Texas life's little necessities are available right there. Stevie Lew's BBQ Kitchen offers delicious meals and features an ice cream and dessert bar to enjoy, Bayou Thunder Outfitters offers airboat tours all year long. Rockport Coffee Co. roasts the finest coffees in the world making your morning wake-up call worth waking up for! Good neighbors, good fishing, good memories, it's what Seaport Village is all about.

Just called to ask about their pet policy and whoever I spoke with was extremely rude and very short with me. All I wanted to know was the pet policy and I was told "we don't allow aggressive breed dogs" and then was also told "we don't have any openings right now." I wasn't even really allowed to get a word in edgewise. I have two small fru-fru dogs for Peres sake. That's not what I was asking. I was actually calling about a future reservation, but now it looks like you won't be getting my business after that conversation, so good job on that.

What a wonderful place to be!!!!! This RV Park has a Bar B Que restaurant and Coffee company as well. It is run by a family and their children. Never meet a nicer bunch of kids!!!!! And the coffee!!!!!!!!! Be sure and pick some up on your way out the door. Your car will smell divine! My favorite is the Texas Hill country Pecan!

I've been going to Rockport for over 20 year's and never had I stopped at what now is my favorite breakfast spot in Rockport!!!!! They roast their own coffee and make every coffee concoction imaginable....So good! AND their kolaches and pastries are DELISH😋Unfortunately I didn't realize they're closed on Sundays so I was unable to try their Texas BBQ 😞 That will be must on our next Rockport vacation. The customer service is excellent, very clean, great atmosphere and our new go to coffee house and munchies place...
