Our family enjoyed the day at the pool. Plenty of trees for our 36 foot RV. Up keep of the place is fantastic- clean big shower house. Pet friendly. Nice and helpful staff . We will go again!

Less than impressed with this place, a lot of junk piled around campers, the dirt roads have HUGE pot holes, park is in need of some TLC. No paperwork left for us when we got there. Low hanging trees, and fellow campers were not friendly. We will pass on this one next time!!

Definitely unhappy with this “resort”. Called Bayview but you can’t see the bay. But the real issue is after booking a site on the phone- no one tells you there is NO WIFI, and that Verizon cell coverage is non-existent AND no cable for Tv. But there are some sites that have cable - in fact all sites have cable hookups but only select sites actually get cable. Wifi is only available if you are by the Clubhouse. None of this is told to you until you arrive, set up and find out on your own. When we arrived after booking our site months ago and when we arrive (the office is closed on Sunday’s ) we find our site #525 and learn it is occupied. We have two SEPERATE emails including one sent the day before arrival showing site 525 which we

picked because it was next to one of the small lakes. The gentleman in site 525 there says he has it booked until March. So I make a call and Bayview employee answers and says since someone was in my site, take the one right next to it-526. The 526 site has 5 huge black trash bags filled with trash , an actual wooden set of steps and deck has been left and other debris has been left. I tell them I refuse to stay in this site. So I am told that 427 is open. I go to this site and I get all set up. That’s when I learn about the internet/wifi /cell issue which I needed for doing some business while there for 8 days. We checked out today- the trash is still all there at site 526. I don’t usually complain- but this place is no Resort.

Massive, tons of trees, and large slots? Perfect location for vacation when pulling the home away from home. Only wish the roads were less confusing. I got lost and had to wait to be shown the slot.

Love this Park. Great value, Nice pools and restrooms and quiet after hours. Partial shaded, some pads cement, some gravel. I would stay here again if in town. Was NOT in the rooms, in an RV pad.
