1st time staying there. When u drive up, it's a rocky road and there's a drop off from the main road where u turn into the RV park entrance coming in from Aransas Pass, so our RV spare tire hookup got bent. So be careful driving into the RV Park. Slow it down alot. Then u go down a rocky road to a cement bridge to the RV lot. Our lot was looking over the water, which was nice. It's a small RV park and it definitely filled up quick. We did see alot of birds (ie ducks, cranes, even flamingos) there. Met the attendant there, nice man. Said there is a washer/dryer but we never used it. When we left, it was a tight squeeze getting out cuz the park was full. We were able to get out successfully cuz some of the vehicles were not there. That's about the only issue. It's a bit narrow to maneuver your RV in/out of there. I think if they were to expand it a bit or make an exit road, it would be better. Just a suggestion.
Well it's on Bypass 35, but if u blink, you'll miss it. Look for a Blue Storage shed @ the corner of the bypass & that's the entrance to the RV park. So it's nothing like other RV parks that we've stayed at, but if u need a place just to prop ur trailer & hook up ur electricity, water (grey & black) to, then this is the place. There are plenty of trees for shade, but the downfall is lots of stickers, burrs on the site and theres brush on the outer area. They do have covered storage if u want to store your boat or RV and if you want to leave them there on the lot too, they have a monthly fee (speak to owner). Part of the road is cement (storage area & drive ways) & other part is rocky, sandy & grassy where the slots are. They do have a gameroom, but it was locked when we went to go see it. I'd give it about a ⭐⭐⭐ 1/2 stars!! Its alright! We would stay here again.
