Welcome to [JUS PASSN THRU RV PARK!](https://juspassnthru.com/) We are a peaceful and quiet RV park, located just southeast of Houston’s hustle and bustle! A variety of trees provide our park and guests with shade and natural beauty. Jus Passn Thru RV Park in Pasadena TX is excellently located near major employers, grocery stores, pharmacies, schools and restaurants.
JUS PASSN THRU RV PARK has 31 sites complete with full hook-ups, 30& 50 Amp. We can accommodate up to 40′ units with slide outs. All sites are fully outfitted with concrete runners, an asphalt driveway, and an adjacent asphalt parking pad.
Our daily and weekly rates include: water, electric sewer, and Wi-Fi. Our monthly rates include: water, sewer and WiFi. We also maintain a laundry facility exclusively for our guests. It is complete with a folding table, hanging rack, and a handicap accessible restroom.

From S jct I-610 & I-45: Go 3-1/4 mi S on I-45 (exit 36), then 3-1/2 mi E on College St. (becomes Spencer Hwy), then 1/4 mi S on Federal St.
Called the lady on time still called her during the day making sure I’ll be arriving their super late wanna make sure I have my spot ready just for one night after a long drive we get their someone had their vehicle in our spot called her at 11pm all the way to 12am telling her to move the vehicle never did we were really tired we just decided to get a hotel she sounded like she didn’t care at all !
Owner treats customers as if you need him more than they need your business. Called to reserve a week before and paid the month in full. Next month comes along and I’m charged a bunch of late fees because according to them my billing cycle started when in called not when I arrived. Tried getting the fees removed with front desk but Lady was not helpful, talked to the owner and in same thing. Said he “did not put up with peoples problems.” That same month someone stole my yeti cooler, I had it chained up, chain was cut off with bolt cutters. A few yards from the park where there is construction the conex building got broken into. So if you don’t want your things stolen don’t stay here. Next month, they raised the rent to $500Also, Park had a lot of little rules, and if you don’t follow anything they tape envelopes on your door and find them when you get off of work. Any small drop of water they’ll shut your water off tape a envelope and tell you you must have it fixed by a certain date and time, you park a way they don’t like they leave notes. They ask for pvc lines over your septic lines. They just bother you a lot. I understand the business aspect and understand they need to keep the place decent but they don’t ask you with good customer service skills. They demand and if you don’t like it they pretty much tell you to leave. As I mentioned they treat you like they will always have someone come and fill your spot. Would not stay there ever again not will I recommend anyone. Pros Park is clean, good location. Cons bad customer service spaces are real close together, they have so many rules, they harass you constantly. Would not recommend this place. I’m now have a huge spot with a water view for 520.
unbelievable, tender, great flavor and received great service! this small business is truelly the best bbq I have ever had. The manager has his own sauce and it's also delicious. You can't jmagine how good it is!
If they had a rating of -5 that’s what they would get! It’s one of the worst RV parks I have been at and I have been to a lot of them!!! The park stinks even the people that came to pick us up said the same thing that it smells! I had to pull over into the lot next to me because the one that they gave me the drainage did not fit my hose. Also Monic terrible manager. I don’t know how many times I called never return phone call. I finally had to call the owner to get her to call me. She seems not to care as well as the owner. All they want is your money!! I suggest to go to USA RV park!!! Much more cleaner they have showers bathroom swimming pool. Where we stayed at just laundry and a smell! I highly recommend do not stay there! You will be sorry!!
Horrible customer service. I filled out their online form for a reservation and they never got back to me. Called while on route from Tucson for a spot that night. Was told she would be at the park in 5 minutes and she’d call us back. She never called. Arrived at the park at 7:00 and they were closed. Called the number on the sign and was very rudely told they had no spots available. Found another park close by where I was welcome, and much happier. Glad we had to go somewhere else - this park had trailers packed in like sardines. Choose a different park - you’ll be much better off.
