From S jct Beltway 8 & US 59: Go 1-1/4 mi S on US 59, (Kirkwood/Airport exit), then 2 mi N on E US 59 service road, then 1 block E on Southwest Plaza Dr.
Staff was excellent, very helpful, and courteous. Very fast Internet, great pool(air temp was 105) refreshing. Good elec, water, sewer, and site was level(concrete) . Nice fitness area with pool tables, and exercise machines. A gate from the RV park connects directly to Houston bicycle trails. Nice outside kitchen nice outside fire pit, a dog washing station and an air pump to check air pressure in your tires. And best of all it’s close to the highway with very little noise. Will stay there again.
This place is located in the thick of Houston so it's a great location. As with many location convenient parks, it's a tad tight, but great for why one would choose this place. My only complaint is that the wifi is unacceptable. There is no longer any reason for a rv resort not to have a hearty, robust stream-able wifi, especially one located in a major U.S. city.
Staff is great. On thanksgiving the staff made me feel at home (they had a feast!) and the property manager Jennifer really cares about the guests. Highly recommend.
This is basically a long term RV park or short term for medical or just an overnight. Billed as a "resort" there is a pool and workout area. Clean restrooms and showers and public BBQ grills. The best feature of this park is the central location and highway access to everywhere in Houston and burbs.
A wonderful dwelling, prime location near everything, but the true gem lies in its people. Take Miss Jennifer, for instance, her friendly demeanor transcends transactions, making you feel like you're engaging not with a business, but with a friend. She has the power to elevate any place. If only every establishment had a person like Jennifer, the world would be a better place.
