Waller Jellystone: Of course any family time is great!! However, the public bathroom maintenance throughout our weekend stay was not up to par. Also the ice cream parlor never opened for the hours that they had posted, that was a big disappointment to my little ones. Waterpark was cute and clean, definitely not meant for thrill seekers, the slides were fun but very slow water pressure. There was one worker who was doing the best he could, I did let management know who it was as well. I watched as some of the other workers passed up many opportunities to pick up trash or other maintenance that would help the grounds look more clean. I did get in touch with management and let them know my concerns. They responded back promptly, and said they would do better. Overall, it was fun and family friendly for toddlers and an easy drive getaway vacation.

Everything about our trip here was perfect. We have visited other locations and this is by far our favorite one. Our kids had a blast here and there were plenty of activities to do the entire time. The rec center was our favorite spot and Sam was excellent on running every activity. Definitely going to become one of our regular spots.

We returned this past October for another fun filled weekend at Waller Jellystone! Last year we had no idea what to expect, so this year we were prepared to fully engage in the fun! We decorated our cabin, had costumes ready, and enjoyed all the amenities the park has to offer! The new swim up bar is super fun, movies at the amphitheater was like an old time drive-in, laser tag was a new experience and the extremes to which people decorated cabins, golf carts and pets was very much enjoyed! One cabin even set up a haunted tent to walk through! Trick or treat was safe and fun. Neighbors were friendly and generous in sharing. We’ve already reserved AGAIN for next year! A special shout out for the way our special needs 11 year-old could also enjoy and engage in the activities, which is often a challenge for our family! Thanks for such a safe, fun family-friendly weekend. We also engaged some other families to join us next year!

My family, friends, and I had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday at Jellystone Park-Waller! We went in January 2024, so the place was really empty. It was like we had the whole place to ourselves! The activity director, Sam, really made the weekend special! She was so warm and welcoming every time we went to the rec center. She really went the extra mile- from keeping us informed of daily events, to running the trivia night, to giving the kids lots of kind words on their painting projects. Wonderful trip and I can't wait to go back!

We visit this location every year during Halloween/October with a large group of family. Every year is is AMAZING. The kids have an absolute blast and all ages look forward to this every year. This year was even better than past years, as the campgrounds were REALLY improved. The cabins were updated, they had linen service available so we didn't need to remember our own bedding and towels, the swim-up bar was SO nice, and as always, the staff is super accommodating and friendly. We look forward to all of the Halloween festivities and events that they have like decorating the campsites, golf cart parade and trick-or-treating. It starts the entire holiday season off for us. It is so nice to unplug and decompress out in the fresh air and have quality family and friend time.
