From jct Hwy 146 & I-10 (exit 797): Go 1-1/2 mi E on South Frontage Rd.
The office ladies were the nicest people. The RV Resort us very well maintained by the staff. The facilities are top notch & very cleaned. I wasn't traveling. I moved my RV into Houston East RV Resort to live. I was convinced to move my RV there by another couple that comes there every couple of week. Can't say anything bad about the place.

Nice park, outside the hustle bustle of Houston proper, well kept level sites, Wifi is free and relaible, you can upgrade for a fee, water pressure is great, power is as noted, Alexis was superb, very knowledgeable and organized.
They treat a return customer like trash. They accepted my reservation and charge card then insisted I send pictures of my motorhome to them for approval when I was at their park, in the same motorhome 10 months earlier with no pictures or questions about my motorhome. I was going to only stay 5 nights and the appearace of my motorhome, which is exceptional, would not affect their resort. These corporate RV parks are getting to big for their britches .
Stayed overnight passing thru. Very nicely maintained park with concrete slabs. As others have mentioned the highway noise from I-10 is pretty bad, I’m sure if you ran ac’s it would be fine. What’s not fine is there seems to be a permanent guest in E-2 that drives a black Dodge that sound like two semi’s and they gave us a good morning wake up at 5:45 am by letting the truck run for about 10 minutes before they left. So if your anywhere near them prepare for a rather rude awakening. Ridiculous.
Houston East RV Resort sits right off of I-10. We were escorted to our site - a nice plus. Staff was friendly. Our site was level. We stayed two nights (we left a day early to avoid an incoming storm). Cable was so-so as channels were not clear. We were able to pick up over 100 channels with our antenna. You could hear traffic on I-10. Good place for a short stay.
