We had to stay here due to our son on in the hospital. This RV park is so beautiful and peaceful as well as accommodating. The folks running it are so nice too. Hopefully we can come back and enjoy under better circumstances. Very clean and well maintained.

This RV park is the best of the best! It is clean and quiet all the time. The management here is phenomenal and they treat you like family instead of just a tenant. There is a bathhouse that stays clean with showers and a toilet with AC, and a small laundry room to use at your convenience. This RV park has it all: paved roads, basketball court, dog park, fishing pond with a fenced walking trail around it, outdoor picnic tables with BBQ pits, 24 hour video surveillance, high speed wifi, cable tv, and they are looking to add on more amenities. Water is included with the lot rent and you just pay for electric. You will NOT be disappointed living here!

Cute rv park! We enjoyed the pond and fishing! The concrete pads were really nice! Downfall was that we wish the park looped so we could of road our bikes around the entire park, also their isn’t any playground or bike paths. Lots of Mac trucks parked and seems like some stationary full time rigs through out. The laundry facilities were absolutely amazing and super clean! Looked like they were in the process of building bathrooms/showers. Host was friendly and helpful they gave us a number to text for any issues, response was quick and helpful! Overall great park would stay again!

Texas Palms RV Park is truly the Holy Grail of RV Parks in the SE Texas area.

Management is too notch. Two stocked ponds and a paved track for entertainment. A gated dog park in the back of the property for your fur babies. Each camp spot is paved along with a parking spot and all driving areas. My personal favorite is the amount of open space and grass on the property.

We stayed here for 10 months and have nothing but nice/positive things to say about it. Shelley and Chris are the heart and soul of this park spending all day everyday maintaining the property and ways to improve it. They’re extremely personable, genuine, hard working people that live on sight. Their really good at communicating face to face to their guest and really making it feel like home.

A new addition within the last few weeks are some ducklings they brought in for the gated pond. The newly added laundry room and restrooms are the cherry on top!

Shelley and Chris still have so many plans and projects for this park so this is just the beginning!

We stayed here temporarily after we sold our house, the park is very nice well kept. They had all necessary amenities onsite and the people who run it do a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. Whether you’re looking for a quick weekend spot or a long term stay, I would recommend checking this place out.
