Wonderful park with the best amenities. Kids will love the water park and jump pad. Just at the edge of town , but feels like you are in t he country!

We came in on Christmas Eve after working 12-hour days for a month straight. The MAIN reason we chose this park was the hot tub because it is quite expensive . HUGE disappointment, actually depressing! It was 70-some degrees. On the day after Christmas, I was doing laundry in the morning and mentioned to staff my concerns. They said it takes a while to get hot but would have it looked into. That night, 6 hours+ later, it was still cold. The next morning it was 82. I checked it at 11 am as we were pulling out. 85 degrees. I also told staff we were only here until Wednesday checkout, when checkout is 11. I strongly suggest if you want to use the amenities, you call FIRST. Staff told me it would be a waste of propane to run it over night! 🥺🤬

Alexa and Sam and Ben were very helpful to us. Bathrooms were very clean and laundry was good, prices a little higher than usual. Pool and waterpark looked nice but weather wasn't warm enough to use. We would come to this resort again.

New park. Concrete streets and level concrete pads with full hook-ups. GREAT kids playground. Propane available. We have a 40' DP and with our towed car we fit perfectly in site 43. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Gated, so we felt secure.

The location is a double edged sword. It's very convenient to I-10, and, therefore, very close to I-10. We ran our rear roof A/C on High cool, rather than Auto, and we didn't hear the traffic noise.

A little pricey, but acceptable value for the money.

We would stay there again.

It's a great and safe place that you can call it your home!!! You will receive exceptional service from every employee there. The RV Resort is always kept clean, and you will never go into dirty restrooms! I know that should mean a lot for a lot of people out there.
