Be very careful these people will lie to you. We went and done back ground check and sent pictures of our rv and they called back and said everything was good we could move in so we did and 2 days later the lady there that runs the park told us we had to move because we had window units but there where like 6 other rvs there that had window units these people are just out to get your money then kick you out also read very carefully the lease and rules on there they can throw you out for no reason. This is not a place to go and waste your money. We also had to pay 40 dollars extra for each kid it's crazy they must think kids are like dogs. Bad people here just don't move here if you don't want to be put out in a couple of days for nothing. The lady that runs it she is very rude as well. She said owner doesn't want any window units but they ok us to move in with them. Bad people.

**FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE**

Make sure to keep your trailers locked and have some type of security cameras because theres thief’s living here. These people broke into my friends trailer and stole his very expensive air fryer. We know exactly who these people are because the male was constantly walking past my friends trailer. These thief’s are also up at all times of the night with vehicles coming and going. They stay at the very end of the last entrance towards the dumpster. The guy has long thin black hair that he keeps up in a ponytail. His girlfriend also has long black thinning hair. They have 3 vehicles and a motorcycle. He drives a beige/brown truck and she drives a blue car.

I’d also like to note my friend stayed here for a little over 4 years and moved out this year in April. During his time here he noticed a dent by the lock of his door. It looked like someone tried to break in previously.

It's a great location that back's right-up to Kingwood. We have gravel and new concrete lots that different a bit in price. There is currently a new area laid out and steadily being worked on for completion.

There's always a fantastic sky view to capture, day or night. This property is the best overall RV park for miles. We are blessed with FREE laundry in the Washroom. Also there's a shower for men and one for women (opens at 9 am & closes at 9 pm.)

To say we have great management, is a understatement. They are absolutely amazing..!!

Management at RV Park of Kingwood is very hypocritical and judgmental!!!

When we arrived, the manager’s face was visibly disgusted when she saw our RV. This was our first encounter with a Texan after driving 15 hrs, so it was pretty disheartening to us. We were approved by their partner RV park which was full at the time, but they stated that this park in Kingwood had spots open. She was in shock that our RV got approved because of her age, yet around 50% of the RVs in the park are around the same age. She stated that they were grandfathered in. The list of rules state no window units, no tarps, clean your rv if it’s dirty, etc. Again, a large amount of RVs in the park had window units, a few had tarps, and multiple ones were visibly dirty. Personally, I don’t mind about any of that stuff, but you cannot let some bend the rules & not let others. As well, our electricity stopped working one night and I never received a response about it. Thankfully, our kind neighbor knew the owner of the park and was able to help us get the breaker fixed. Yet, when the management thought that we were plugged into the wrong outlet, She had no problems with contacting me about that issue asap! We were plugged into the correct outlet. The cord was wrapped around the post due to the major flooding our spot received from a pipe busting. She also stated “Hi there kids, I saw that…” in the message. There is no reason to be disrespectful to us by calling us kids when she assumed we were plugged into the wrong outlet. We only stayed the month that was agreed upon then we found a much better park in the nearby area.

Otherwise, all of our neighbors were super friendly!

Nice place. Manager is nice, good price for months rent. Water, electric, complimentary laundry included. Close to businesses in the area. Our second year of staying here.
