Dont move here. Manager is rude and disrespectful. Manager makes up rules as he goes along instead of making ammendment to contract because most here can't afford to move the mobile home. Streets flood if it rains hard, and pray that a slow moving tropical storm doesn't hit Houston or you won't be able to leave or access your home, because of street sewers are inadequate and managementwill not fix this. Lot rent goes up every year, this year $50. Street are too narrow to afford parking. Night parking on streets gets your car towed. Streets are falling apart (cracked concreet pot holes that they try to repair unsuccessfully). Water gets turned off often due to failing infrastructure. Don't move here unless you can put up with these problems.
Revision: The cracked broken concrete has been addressed. Hopefully, "THIS TIME" The repair will last more than a few months.
Nice neighborhood, very quiet. It feels like a family once you start to get to know everyone. I can't really say that about the management staff, especially the manager, Gilbert he's very demanding has no heart to fine you or to embarrassed you infront of others, not so good of a manager, things have to get done his way and no other, and good luck if he doesn't get things against you because he will literally make your stay undesirable and unpleasant. I would recommend living here as it is quiet and clean though, can't complain about that.
They were so nice, they helped me out when our landlord kicked us out in our old house, they were in touch with “Clayton homes of Cleveland” they are nice and had the houses for the preview
Anna the office assistant is a really good person she is really helpful she help me out when I needed it. She's very understanding and patience. the maintenance lady is a very hard worker and she's really nice
Anna has been very helpful she is a very good kind hearted person I can go to her when I need something. King parkway is a great place to live it’s really quiet, family oriented and it’s really neat I would now recommend living in king parkway now that Gilbert is gone. My kids and I love living here and plan living here for many more years
