Located 28 miles east of downtown Houston, TX just off of Interstate 10. Going either direction on I-10, take the Highway 146 exit
Great park! Quiet during the day. We requested a shady spot so we were in the back of the park. WiFi and cell signal were weak back there ( they did warn us about this and we were okay with that!) You will hear trains at night. Laundry room and showers are awesome!! Staff was Friendly and helpful!
Lovely staff and very accommodating as well. Clean bath houses with huge showers! Beautiful trees covering the park with a very spaced out layout for the spots. Deer on the premises constantly and a very relaxing place to be. Propane on site for a very reasonable price as well. One of the best parks we have ever stayed at and we travel full time. Thank you Shady Oaks we will miss you.
Amazing people and park, camper stay super cool because of all the trees. Has laundry/bathrooms at the front. Definitely stay again!
This is our 2nd time staying here it's a beautiful RV park with lots of shade trees. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is going to be our stop from now on on our way to Mission TX... thank you
Stayed at this RV park for a couple months and I absolutely loved it! Travel with my husband due to his job, with 3 kids, they loved being here. We would have stayed longer but job location made us move out of state. If we are in the area again we will for sure stay again! Office Manager Missy is so nice and amazing, so is the park manager. Loved the shade in the Texas sun! I can't say enough good this about this park! Has laundry room, loved that you can use an app to pay and see when loads are done washing and drying. I honest have no complaints! Happy campers for sure!
