DO NOT STAY HERE! THE OWNERS WIFE IS HORRIBLE. (That's putting it nicely).
She is a daily "thorn" in the side of anyone who stays there.
As pipeliners, we have stayed at many many RV parks across the country, and our group has NEVER been treated the way this "woman" treated us.
Terrible management. I rented the small 1 room efficiency last month Dec 2017. The manager was very picky about every little thing. I had to fix my own stuff, like the shower, etc. Wash room is right next to my room. Flooded up one day and saturated my belongings inside my room. Had to fix this as well and mop up my whole apartment. Manager would come into my apartment on several occasions when i was not there. Caught her on my camera. Unacceptable! I paid 175 cleaning deposit, and i cleaned up apartment and took out trash etc, but she still kept my deposit. If you want to be micro managed and have no privacy, then enjoy. This place has all this for you! P.S. the other tenants are pretty nice people.

I was working out of IBEW LU-479 whit some other brothers that gave the RV phone number called and they were awesome payed over the phone got the spot number and moved in very safe and quiet vary safe place to work out I will be staying again on the next turnaround thanks
This park a really great place to be.💜 The property was clean & quiet & have a sense of serenity. The property manager is so friendly & helpful. She was absolutely there for any thing I needed. The lot rent was a great value too. 10 of 10!! A plus! I would definitely recommend u check this spot out.
