Only stayed here 1 night but very good experience. Gated community which feels safe. Overall clean and lovely feel/look with the small lake in the middle of the property. Has a pool (didn't get to use it though), full connections, and a propane tank if you need to fill up.

The higway 6 rv resort we had a good memories and a good stuff to say up until we forgot our jacket (winter jacket that we invested that cost $$) in their restroom and they are fairly inflexible when it comes to a favor, we keep asking to talk to their housekeeper james to hold the item as he became a fairly close friend to us but as his mom put it he has mental retardation as we dont see it on him and we just see him as a person that capable to help and also a good friend that we even prank each other for fun, Ive been asking them for a week as our personal job is to help community in every state that as we see in this world if you are capable to help why not do it specially the people who in need or asking for help, we know there is rules but I dont think its that big of a deal to just hold 1 jacket or send it to us and we would pay for it to be shipped.

This is a great RV park. I have been living in RV parks for work now for a decade. This one is very clean and neat. The amenities are fantastic and the staff does well at communicating via email. I'm not 100% sure about the neighborhood surrounding the park, but the park has 24hr locked gates and feels very secure. The price is a tad on the high end for me, but then again, you get what you pay for. I have been here a month and I am very satisfied with this park if you need a long term stay. I definitely recommend it.

Stayed for a week to visit family during Thanksgiving. Roads are wide with plenty of room for large rigs and the campground was very clean and well kept. The permanent residents all had well kept and clean sites. The laundry was extremely clean with plenty of commercial washer and dryers. The pool area and hot tub were very nice as well. They offer a free dog wash if you want to bathe your furry friends.

They offer wifi and free TV channels but we didn't try these out. Our T-Mobile home internet was getting between 100-200 downloads. Our AT&T cell phones had great signal as well.

Overall this was a great stop to visit family in the area. Yes, it's a RV park with lots of concrete in the middle of a big city...so set your expectations accordingly.

Access: Highway 6 can be busy but easy enough with our 42ft 5th wheel.

Location: In a big city but fits the bill perfectly if you need to be in the area.

Cleanliness: Very clean and well kept!

Site Quality: Nice level concrete pads. Close to neighbors. Grass well kept.

Noise: Big city with some minor noise from Highway 6.
