Amazing park, amazing views, amazing management, and top notch care. Very safe for families, close to town with the country feel, HUGE spots, and great internet. We have been here for 5 months, and Kirby always has the helpful answer from where to get supplies to what places to visit.

Highly recommend!

This is a great park! In the country, but close to town. The views are outstanding and plenty of trails for exercise. The park is incredibly clean & quiet. Everyone we met was very friendly. The internet was outstanding! Didn’t need any extra equipment in order to work from the RV or stream movies, television, etc.

Great management! Kirby was available to answer questions & offer advice. The sites are quite spacious and the sunrises between the twin buttes are breathtaking. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed for 2 months. Full hookups.

Nice extra wide sites! Park is nicely kept. The owner was very responsive to questions. Communicates via text

There was no rain for over a month, so it got a little dusty. They watered down the drive quite a few times to keep dust down.

Quiet park with beautiful sunsets and right next to the lake. Hiking trails available. San Angelo has just about anything you want, and so close.

My husband is a travel nurse and we lived at Lakeview RV Park monthly in summer ‘23 and had a great experience. It was so new, that Google satellite didn’t even show it yet, and therefore was very well manicured and kept. The sites are humongous, so zero trouble parking, and no chilling outside by your neighbors hookups. It’s conveniently only a couple minutes to town/stores/restaurants, but right on the outskirts so no traffic or crime, and you’re surrounded by serene nature. We had a beautiful view of the twin peaks right outside our main window, and walked/jogged/hiked/biked/kayaked around the trails and adjacent marina nearly everyday. One thing I will note (that was not a con to us, but may be helpful for others) is that it doesn’t have any amenities (i.e. playground, pool, game room, laundry, public restrooms), but that’s reflected in the lower price ($550/mo + electric). Perfect for adults who travel for work (excellent WiFi), and Kirby the owner is super responsive and accommodating. Not a single complaint!
