Located just minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk, our quality RV resort community is centrally located in Kemah, close to Seabrook and League City. We are midway between Galveston and Houston, so you’re never too far away for the local attractions, shopping and memory making adventures!
Rented a cabin here on two separate occasions. Had the mid-size one bedroom this last stay. Clean, quiet, reasonable, and location is near everything you could need. Laundry, gym and pools on site.
A family member has been living in one of Cabins for 2yrs and it has everything!! Great location. We just moved here July 2023 and I can't say enough about Aly the manager. She has been truly wonderful to work with and has gone above to make sure our experience moving here is as easy as possible. If you want a beautiful place in a beautiful location managed by someone that cares enough to ensure all guidelines and park rules are being followed then this is the place!! You feel safe knowing things are being cared for and monitored!! I also want to say Sheri is always pleasant to speak with as well!!
They don't heat the pool nor turn on the fire pit anymore. What a disappointment. It's what I liked about this place in the years we've been here. The place is still immaculately clean; laundry room, bathrooms, and landscaping. A middle of the night water leak was tended to immediately.
Very well kept park, clean and well stocked bathrooms. Large shower and toilet in individual rooms, very nice. 3 beautiful pools but not heated, no fire pits that worked. ( they have 2 gas fire pits that do not work) pull thru parking is very tight like many resorts back in spots are wider, paved patio area only in back in spots. Full hook ups work fine, 30/50 Amp, cable and good wifi. Lots of cute cabins with many long term renters. Quiet almost all the time. Paved parking spots but grass landing and patio area. Nice community center with stove, micro, sink. Big TV, lots of tables and a couch, it's very clean and nice. Easy bike ride to the boardwalk.
Beware of fire ants, they got me bad.
What a beautiful place! The pad sites are great and easy to get in and out of. The staff was so nice. We wanted to publicly thank Sheri and Sandro. They were so sweet and helpful to us. We will be back in the spring with our kids to stay in a cabin. We can't wait. The resort is clean and well kept, bathrooms were super clean- which is rare at some of the other places have stayed in the area. USA Marina bay is where it's at!
