Great place. The owner is a very respectable person. The property is well kept and clean. They do not allow riff raff, drug addicts, junk cars or any of that stuff and if that does arise the owner will swiftly make that person move

Magnolia Oaks RV Park is not your regular RV Park. Like most RV Parks, we have people that come and stay for a month or two who have come to the area for work or to visit family who live nearby. Most people who live here consider this their home, be it seasonal or more permanent. I myself have lived here for about 6 years and plan on staying for many years to come. The two people who own this place, Bill and Gwen Watson are some of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. The residents who call this home range in age from 30 to those in their "Golden Years" and most just as friendly a folk as you'd ever want to meet. This place is clean and well maintained, within walking distance of a grocery, plenty of eating establishments, car repair, and more. There are plenty of places for all types of entertainment opportunities, such as fishing, swimming, camping, movies, and also a local craft brewery, all within a short drive. Your leashed pets are welcome and we even have a small dog fenced dog park where you can join with your friends in the 4 pawed variety. If you're traveling, looking for a place to park your camper for a short period of time, or like me, needing a safe friendly place to park your life for a more extended stay, this is a great place to be.

This RV Park is not just an RV its a place that made life for my mother very happy content. The owners are the best and the people that live here are just the kindest people in the world and they look out for each other like family. I feel so comfortable that my mothers has such a great place to call home.

At first I left the 5-star review with great words, but after my parents got there the owner stated changing all the rules, one particular was about music this all started after he met my brother and he refused to shake my brother's hand or make eye contact( my brother is African-American),as well as when we were moving my parents out he said and I quote " I never said you couldn't listen to your black music as soon as he said that he left. And I know this probably won't stay up this is just the truth Monica was okay.
