From jct I-45 S & FM 518 (exit 23): Go 1/4 mi S on W Service Rd.
I stayed there for several months while working in the area. The office workers were always very kind, amenities were well maintained, the prices were great, and the other people in the park never got loud or rowdy. It's in a nice area too so you don't have to worry about people coming around and stealing/causing trouble. They have a few spots that are right off the freeway and they can be pretty loud sometimes BUT you get used to it pretty quick and they have a lot of spots that are nestled back in the property. Wonderful place, absolutely worth the money!
Great location for visiting the Johnson Space Center and Kemah boardwalk. Park managers are very sweet and provided us with some great advice. The park is undergoing some major renovations but all systems worked well. Signage is non existent so pay attention when approaching entrance
Literally parallels the highway, but it is was an awesome stop over after a week of boon docking. Super clean nice showers and huge laundry facility, even a pool and hot tub, fitness center and game room! Sites are small but full hook ups..for us it was a comcient stop for to hit the space museum and our travels.
I had to cancel due to illness with over a month notice. They refused to refund my $200 deposit. Be aware of the no refund policy which which means they have purposely put in place policies to rip people off!!
I was a full timer for 4 years. The roads were pot hole city threw out the park. They recently put new concrete pads and roads in the front of the park. They said they were going to re do the whole park but they didn’t. Among not being able to communicate with the two managers Cheryl. And Georgia and the pot holes I decided to move. The first week I was there back in 2019 I went to the office to discuss a problem I was having and Cheryl told me in a very rude voice ,, IF YOU DONT LIKE IT LEAVE ! I thought to myself I will never come into this office again. Georgia was and still is argumentative about the least little problem. I am happy and have less stress in my life now that I’ve moved. The rent is reasonable, but I found a place that is less money and the RVs are 50 feet apart. Very close to the water. So by by Space Center
