We were in a pinch and needed to find a place to stay quick. From what I saw it was the cheapest in the area and even had a pool. Very clean and quiet RV resort. Weekly rate was $180 which we found very reasonable. The WiFi could be a bit patchy, but overall wasn’t bad. I have T-mobile and it worked fine.Sites are a kind of close but far enough for a little personal space. If you don’t already and are staying a few nights you should invest in some reflectix for the windows. Helped a lot with the sun beating down and just about everyone in the park has it on their windows. Highly recommend this Resort if you’re coming through the area.

Nice, newer very clean campground. Cement pads for your trailer and tow vehicle. 30/50 amp electrical, water and sewer connections at each spot. Very clean relaxing pool. Clean and spacious bathrooms and seperate showers. There's also a nice big dog park at the front of the property. The owners/managers are very nice. A real country setting - surrounded by cows and fields but close to Veterans Park, the A&M campus, shopping, restaurants, churches, gas stations and liquor store. The only negative is the lack of trees and shade. One other "negative" - being so close to the A&M campus, the campground is packed with Aggie fans on home game weekends, you most likely won't get a spot on home game weekends without planning well in advance.

This is a nice, clean and well run park. No frills and while they have wifi internet, it constantly drops, making it impossible to work without a dedicated hotspot or connection to Brazos WIFI. The internet is fine in the laundry room, but again, not conducive to work. When you call or email about the service, it goes on deaf ears, no replies, no improvements still not working after a month...

Nice place. We enjoy it; big grass area inbetween spaces, nice little playground and pool for our kids. My dog enjoys the dog area. Everyone is very friendly :)

We were there for a month and moved to a nicer spot.

Pros:

Pool area was clean and mail service is a plus.

Cons:

Park rules aren’t upheld by owners. For example, the trailer across from us had a dog outside 24/7 in its kennel which is explicitly against the rules.

Sites are tight with little space between the next camper.

Cable is “included” but we never got it to work and that’s with both testing wiring and hooking cable up through the door. Talked to neighbors and they all had the same issue with this, however front office says nobody has complained about it.

Probably 90% of the guests are very obvious full-timers with the way they’ve built up their sites. A bit junky.

Washers and dryers don’t work well and eat your quarters.
