Horrible customer service. I filled out their online form for a reservation and they never got back to me. Called while on route from Tucson for a spot that night. Was told she would be at the park in 5 minutes and she’d call us back. She never called. Arrived at the park at 7:00 and they were closed. Called the number on the sign and was very rudely told they had no spots available. Found another park close by where I was welcome, and much happier. Glad we had to go somewhere else - this park had trailers packed in like sardines. Choose a different park - you’ll be much better off.
