Campsite: Jus Passn Thru RV Park

Owner treats customers as if you need him more than they need your business. Called to reserve a week before and paid the month in full. Next month comes along and I’m charged a bunch of late fees because according to them my billing cycle started when in called not when I arrived. Tried getting the fees removed with front desk but Lady was not helpful, talked to the owner and in same thing. Said he “did not put up with peoples problems.” That same month someone stole my yeti cooler, I had it chained up, chain was cut off with bolt cutters. A few yards from the park where there is construction the conex building got broken into. So if you don’t want your things stolen don’t stay here. Next month, they raised the rent to $500Also, Park had a lot of little rules, and if you don’t follow anything they tape envelopes on your door and find them when you get off of work. Any small drop of water they’ll shut your water off tape a envelope and tell you you must have it fixed by a certain date and time, you park a way they don’t like they leave notes. They ask for pvc lines over your septic lines. They just bother you a lot. I understand the business aspect and understand they need to keep the place decent but they don’t ask you with good customer service skills. They demand and if you don’t like it they pretty much tell you to leave. As I mentioned they treat you like they will always have someone come and fill your spot. Would not stay there ever again not will I recommend anyone. Pros Park is clean, good location. Cons bad customer service spaces are real close together, they have so many rules, they harass you constantly. Would not recommend this place. I’m now have a huge spot with a water view for 520.
