My family and I have been currently staying at this camp ground since late Sept-early Oct when the camp ground opened. It was brand new then and is still in good shape. The men that run the place are very nice and so very helpful. They have made it feel more like home then just somewhere to stay while my husband goes to work. There are many great restaurants around, many attractions for the kids to go see. The campground has a laundry room on site, a pool and a game room also. They are also pet friendly.

The park is located close enough to Space Center Houston, Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston, etc to make it a good location for exploring Houston. It does have level concrete pads for both the RVs and tow cars. It has a bit of a sterile feel to it with so much concrete and nearly no trees inside the park. The area has a lot of road construction and traffic so plan to bring your patience.

A nice fairly quiet RV park located in Bacliff, Texas. I spent 1 week here and overall it was a good experience. The pads and roads are all nice new concrete. The pedestals have 30/50/and 15 in each along with water. They have a nice clean pool with sunbathing area and an outside grilling area. The park is not on a busy road however I would recommend staying on the opposite side of the park from the trailer park as the residents back there can be a bit noisy, which is no fault of the rv park. The weekly rate was 180 but they do offer military discount. They have nice clean bathrooms with showers in each one. The manager is friendly and helpful. I wish they had a few more trash recpitcles around the park as if you're in the back you have to walk clear to the front to deposit your garbage. There is another rv park right next door, I did not stay there but did look around. The facilities at Jackie's are far better than next door. I would stay here again without hesitation. If you're going to visit Nasa or Galveston this would be an excellent place to stay a few weeks as it is lose to both. They also have several cute little cottages scattered around the park for rent. They look brand new and very nice. I only took away 1 star because of the trash situation and the noise from the adjacent trailer park. Most of the trailers in the park are newer and the park itself was not very noisy. They do have an on-site laundry (I think but I did not use it) Beware the water pressure here is quite high, I don't mind but you want want to use a regulator. There isn't a whole lot around the immediate area but eveything else is within a few miles. There is a gents club right at the end of the road. I checked it out and would not return but to each their own. Overall a great place to stay!
