Triple-B RV Park is a quiet and quaint RV Park located in Magnolia Texas. We are tiny in comparison to other parks, but still offer over 20 acres of land, great views, and extra large sites. We strive to provide our customers with a quality camping environment. We offer full 50/30/20 amp hookups, full service propane, and city water. We are family owned and operated. Quiet. Clean. Good communication from owners. I am a travel nurse living in my RV and I stayed at Triple B for about 2.5 months. We moved here from a different RV park because we were looking for somewhere close to things, but without a lot of traffic noise at night. This place was perfect! ~5-10 minutes from stores/restaurants but feels like you're in the country. The grounds are well-maintained and good for taking walks and observing nature. Other campers (mostly full-timers) very friendly, respectful. Only thing missing is Walt, the groundskeeper, left near the end of our stay. He was the truly the best.
We stayed at Triple-B for several months and loved it! It's clean, quiet, the neighbors are nice and it's so close to everything! Best of all for us is that we didn't get emails every other day inviting us to some activity. Great park!
I have been at Triple B for a couple months now and have enjoyed my stay! Safety is a huge priority for me, and I have felt absolutely comfortable here. The neighbors that I have met are welcoming and friendly. I haven’t been able to meet the owners in person (my fault). But Sheri has been responsive and wonderful via text & email. The view of the field is a huge pro, but the laundry room has to be my FAVORITE thing here. It’s only $1 for a load and it is kept SO clean! Everyone keeps their sites nice and tidy, yard maintenance is well kept and I would absolutely recommend this place to any and everyone!
Visited this park today and determined that it isn’t a good fit for my family right now. But the folks I spoke with (Roy, who seems to keep an eye on the place in the absence of the owners, and a gentleman who travels following golf tournaments) were SO nice and respectful, and the park is pristine. Nice and clean, well-kept grounds, great people. I got some great information and some helpful tips. A little sunny in some spots, but they’ve got laundry and it feels very safe. A great option for those without kiddos in tow 24/7!
Stayed at Triple Bs while visiting our son and his family. We absolutely loved our stay, park is small but sites are spacious and great working full hook ups, laundry room and you can get mail/packages there as well. The owners are fantastic, they answer any questions or concerns via text or email immediately and when the rain was filling the creek they made sure we knew they were watching for any flooding issues and there was no problems but very reassuring that they cared about their guests in their RV park. Roy and his wife were awesome and on premises if you need any assistance. The long term rvers there were so nice and welcoming. We are going back next year and will stay even longer. Absolutely recommend Triple Bs RV park!
