Smooth, concrete roads lead to 121 deluxe back-in sites, 22 lakeview back-in sites and 42 pull-through sites, all on concrete pads. Our sites are all big rig friendly. Free Wi-Fi and cable are provided throughout the grounds in addition to free shuttle service.

Perfect place to stay!! Very well kept, nice community, completely gated, amazing staff, clean bath houses,laundry area, gym, & front office. Owner is very generous & considerate. Perfect place if you are visiting for the medical center only 12 minutes away, easy access to town, medical center, & interstate. Highly recommended.
Excellent RV park. Great location to Houston. Gated. Level concrete sites. Nice sized dog park. Paved sidewalk around the pond. Loved this park. Would definitely stay again.
The rates are cheap. So is the park. Maybe new understanding no shade trees but none planted. The laundry room is inadequate for the number of sites and the putrid smell of sewage. Promise 2-3 weeks for pool never seen probably smells like sewage also. Coyotes yipping in the night not really a problem but the gunshots are. Try it out it’s cheap for now but this park will never compare to other parks around it. Definitely don’t recommend
The website advertises a pool and hot tub. Neither one are operational despite having water in them. Management is unable to give a date as to while they will be available to residents. If a pool or hot tub is on your list of must-haves you should choose a different park. Otherwise it’s clean and nice.
We needed to stay for medical reasons and the RV park is close to the medical center. The park is very clean, the spaces are large and well kept. We met some very nice people while we were there. And our dogs liked the dog runs and the walk around the pond. I highly recommend this RV park.
