If you ever have a chance to hunt with Elaine, you won't be let down! Especially as a woman who is interested in a male dominated sport, it was wonderful to learn from a female guide that is knowledgable and passionate. The entire staff was incredible including the food provided. Such a nice meal to always come home to when you're out on the field.

Everything was fantastic! Our guide was top of the line as well as our personal Master Chef for the days we were there! The food was great and custom prepared to our liking! The cabin was clean and neat and the hunting stand was very unusual with heat and air conditioning. We were fortunate that we didn’t need either one but it was there if need be. We highly recommend Cedar Grove Ranch for any hunting experience!
I recently stayed at Cedar Cove Ranch in Texas, and I can confidently say it was a five star experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff made us feel so welcome ! Elaine, Walker, and Sadie were absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Stoney, for our hog hunt was also fantastic. We cannot say enough good things about this place, and we will definitely be back !

I recently had a wedding weekend with friends and family at Cedar Cove Ranch, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff at Cedar Cove Ranch went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home.
One of the highlights of our stay was seeing how much fun the kids had over the weekend. They enjoyed fishing, going on Safari tours, swimming in the lake, and playing games in the expansive outdoor space. The variety of activities kept the little ones engaged and entertained throughout the entire weekend. Never once did they say they were bored! Shocker!
The lodges at Cedar Cove Ranch are simply fantastic. They struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comforts. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed, the lodges provided a cozy retreat for our group. The kids were amazed by the kangaroo and other animals on the property. Our son Leo even got to feed Tyson and he hasn’t stopped talking about it.
The Hitching Post is the wedding barn on the property and it was an absolute dream venue for the reception. It’s the perfect size where you don’t feel too crowded but also don’t feel too far from your guests. Nice bathrooms! It has a rustic yet elegant ambiance and it created the perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration. The attention to detail in the decor and the stunning architecture truly made it a breathtaking space. The staff set up all the decor and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect!
Overall, Cedar Cove Ranch exceeded all our wedding expectations! I highly recommend Cedar Cove Ranch to anyone seeking a unique and memorable venue for a wedding or any special family occasion. The staff's outstanding service, the delightful activities for kids, and the picturesque lodges all contributed to a truly unforgettable weekend.
