Crook manager! Charging almost the entire deposit for a broken towel rack and and dented fridge door that was dented before I moved in! No pictures or inventory checklist pre move in. Bed was broken for 2 months before he fixed it. Then calls the cops when you argue with him about stealing the deposit. Total fraud!
What a great place to stay and a good location! Not far from the Boardwalk and other restaurants. Everything was very clean and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Great location, well maintained resort. We were even able to paddle board from the bayou behind the park all the way out to Clear Lake. Perfect location for walks around Clear Lake Shores, and near many of affordable restaurant options.
We stayed 4 nights, resection was courteous and quick. Ability to pick any open spot when we arrived and cost was very reasonable. We will definitely return. Easy access to Kemah boardwalk restaurants.
You dont reserve spot you show up check in and pick a spot. There was atleast 10 spots that had vehicles parked in them from other lots that Management does not make them move. Cars parked blocking partial lanes. The lanes are fairly narrow without the extra headache
